Cancellation Policy

June 26th or sooner – full refund minus a $40 transaction fee

June 27th - July 17th – 50% credit towards next year

July 18th - August 7th – 30% credit towards next year

August 8th or later – 20% credit towards next year

Trip registrations are non transferable.

We purchase an insurance policy to cover everyone in the event that we have to cancel the ride prior to its start, for an unexpected blizzard for example or other catastrophic weather event. In this case registrations are refunded. Once we start the ride however, we are a rain or shine event.

Rider Scholarship Fund

We believe this experience should be accessible to more than just those who can afford the full cost.

Thanks to generous donors, we’re offering a limited number of partial scholarships to riders who would benefit from financial support. Awards typically range from $300–$500, depending on need and availability. If cost is a barrier, we encourage you to apply—applications are simple and reviewed with care.
