  • 142 miles of goodness! Over three days you will ride from Fruita, CO to Moab UT, camping along the way. The trail is made up of both classic single track and multi-use jeep trails and covers a wide variety of terrain. It’s truly stunning.

  • This is an all-women’s, fully supported, multi-day cross country mountain bike event. This is the sister trip to Bikerpelli, our original event following the same route which has been happening annually for 26 years. BABErpelli is designed for 50 women, whereas Bikerpelli supports 90 riders.

  • This is a serious trail, and you should be able to ride for up to 6 hours/day, for 3 days in a row. There are some technical sections, but endurance is what really shines here. The trail is considered good for a strong-intermediate rider, but for a motivated beginner willing to put the work in and train, it is still approachable. We do offer a SAG van for riders wishing/needing to skip a section, as well a couple of uphill shuttles.

  • $950 covers it all.

  • Everything but your bike! Well, basically. You should also bring some clean socks, etc.

Jokes aside, here’s what your registration includes:

    • Comprehensive Rider Info Kit covering all ride details, travel logistics, training tips, etc.

    • Assistance coordinating bike rentals

    • Home cooked breakfast and dinner

    • Aid stations with water refill and cold lunch

    • Gear shuttle for your camping gear

    • Bike mechanic at aid stations and camps

    • Daily route briefing with maps of each trail section

    • Morning Yoga

    • Evening Happy Hour

    • Back country camps for nights 1 & 2 with groover-style bathrooms

    • Posh campground in Moab night on night 3 with hot tub/pool/showers

    • Closing night ceremony/celebration

    • Shuttle bus back to your car

  • Not on this one, sorry. Some sections of the trail do not allow e-bikes.

  • Yes! We set up gorgeous camps under the stars for you, and haul all of your camping gear. The third night in Moab we are at a posh RV camp with a hot tub, pool and showers.

It’s for you! We made this trip for you.

Mountain biking is still a male-dominated sport which means most big events like this are not usually planned with women in mind. This one is.

This trip is just for women — cis/trans/non-binary — of all ages, backgrounds and riding styles who want to come together in a supportive, fun, open environment on a seriously awesome trail. It will challenge and nourish you.

This is a full-on ride, and should not be tackled lightly. This is ideal for folks who want more from their weekend than a retreat or skills camp, but less than a self-supported bike packing trip, and have a solid skill base under their belt.

This is not a race. Plan to ride at your own pace and have options available to cut down mileage or add more challenges, including a SAG van and a of couple uphill shuttles. On the last day you have your pick of classic Moab downhill— Porcupine Rim, Raptor Routes, the original Kokopelli finish down Sand Flats Road, etc.

You can expect seamless logistics (we’ve been doing this for a long time, but for co-ed groups), great home cooked meals, including options for folks with dietary restrictions, evening happy hours, morning yoga and ride briefings and top-notch mechanical support (medical support too but we hope not to need that). And, of course, we carry all your gear for you. You just cruise!

BABErpelli

(n) A women’s mountain biking trip that is more challenging than a retreat or skills clinic, yet less complicated than bike packing, which takes grit to finish but will leave you with a smile on your face. An unforgettably rewarding adventure for the motivated mountain biker.
